C.STONE
C.STONE 은 돌담을 쌓아 올리거나 돌을 얹어 소원을 비는 우리 전통 풍습에서 모티프를 얻어 제작한 수납함입니다. 돌이 쌓여 있는 미적인 형태를 재해석하여 생활 속 오브제 역할을 할 수 있도록 디자인하였습니다. 컬러와 소재를 다양하게 사용하여, 나무와 대리석, 아크릴과 같은 소재와 그 소재가 내뿜는 색감, 마감을 조화롭게 매칭하여 심미성을 부각하였습니다. 다양한 사이즈와 형태로 제작하여 사용자의 필요에 따라 원하는 크기를 선택할 수 있으며, 문구 용품과 같은 소품들을 수납할 수 있습니다.
C.STONE is a storage box, which is produced by the motive of the Korean traditional custom where Korean people build up a stone wall or put a stone on it to make a wish. I have reinterpreted the aesthetic form in which stone are piled up, and designed my work to serve as an object in daily life. I used a variety od colors and materials, which highlights the aesthetic impression of the work by matching the finishing materials such as wood, marble and acrylic harmoniously. C.STONE was produced with various sizes and forms, providing users with diverse opportunities where they can select the size that they want to use according to demands. And they can store stuffs like stationery.
